“Mount Kailash”- Packaged Drinking Water” is a product of M.K. Peacock Mineral Water Pvt. Ltd. Anangpur, Faridabad (Haryana). This unit is situated amidst a well known hilly area sprawling from Delhi to Gujrat. The unit stands in the very close vicinity of forest reservoir sprawling over 5000 acre of land. The inception of the unit took place early in 2002; since then the unit is engaged in manufacturing, selling & marketing of “Mount Kailash”. In this short span the unit has been able to establish the brand at national level. Today, the brand obtained an identity in national market.
The unit is duly certified for IS: 14543. 2004, ISO: 9001-2000 & HACCP (Refer Attachment). All this has been possible only because of ultra-modern technologies used for setting up the plant & its mechanism. All the mechanism of the unit is totally automatic. There remains no chance of the product getting unprocessed or tampered with at any step. The unit has procured & installed the best technology available in the global market.
Ground water available here adds one more natural virtue to the quality of our products; the region is completely hilly & hence no farming land is available here. So fertilizers have never been used here and upto far stretched area. So the ground water available here has never come in touch with the fertilizers & hence, it still remains completely pesticides free.
Purification Process
The water undergoes a 7-step purification process as are following:
MOUNT KAILASH bottling facility is situated at the very vicinity of reservoir of forests sprawling in approximately five thousand acre of land where farming activities have never been carried out for the reason being hilly area. Because of no use of fertilizers, there is no trace of pesticides in ground water. The water is being drawn from deep and protected bore wells, which are more than two hundred feet deep below the earth surface. These water sources are tested hydro-geologically and geologically regularly so as to make sure the quality of our water remains extremely high.
Towards this effect one more virtue is added while our empty bottles get blown up. The compressed air which blows up the bottle is produced by oil free high-pressure compressors. This air is completely free from oil content & hence transmitting no oil particles to the bottles. Thus the water, which the bottle contains, is completely hygienic.
Packaging of Products :
The product of “Mount Kailash” are filled in PET containers which are duly certified after carrying-out essential analysis for potability & migration tests; thus complete hygiene is maintained for the sake of human health.
The products are packaged in various capacities such as 20 Ltr, 2 Ltr , 1 Ltr, 500 ml, 300 ml, 250 ml, & 200 ml, containers keeping in view the different requirement at different occasions.. |
